Returns + Exchanges

We hope you love our products as much as we do! But here's some info.

• We don't accept returns or exchanges on plants. 
• We don't refund for change of mind on all our other products, however if returned in it's original state, unused, within 7 days, we will happily exchange or issue a gift card to be used in store or online. 
• Damaged goods - In the unfortunate event that your online purchase arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@plant-space.com.au within 24hours. We will require photographs of the item, and will organise either a refund or endeavor to organise an identical replacement. 
• No returns, refunds, exchanges on SALE items.
