Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do! But here's some info.

• We don't accept returns or exchanges on plants. 
• We don't refund for change of mind on all our other products, however if returned in it's original state, unused, within 7 days, we will happily exchange or issue a gift card to be used in store or online. 
• Damaged goods - In the unfortunate event that your online purchase arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@plant-space.com.au within 24hours. We will require photographs of the item, and will organise either a refund, gift card or endeavor to organise an identical replacement.
• If you wish to return your item, it must be returned in it's original state, and delivery costs are at your cost. 
• No refunds, exchanges or credit on damaged items.  
• Workshops: We have a no cancellation policy on workshops, as our classes are so small + money is invested in materials, so we are unable to refund your booking. We're a small business, in a small space where places are limited and it's too difficult to absorb costs if we get less than our required numbers. We reserve the right to cancel the event if we don't receive the minimum number of bookings, or if the artist or teacher has had to cancel, + in this case will fully refund you. We reserve the right to change the date or time of our workshops, and will notify you. Our classes are suitable for 18 years + over.
